Finish listening to Jim Collin's mistresspiece. In my car, 10 min a day, 20 min at dinner time, 1.5 hrs on drives 2 days a week, about 2 weeks max.

Giving yourself permission to be human and accepting your emotions.
Exercising regularly. (No matter how bad you feel, remember you'll be worse if you didn't workout moderately regularly)
Simplifying your life and cutting down on draining activities.
Being grateful for the good things in your life.
